With the help of ALMA Laser with pulses 300-380 nm we can influence the problem areas of the scalp to retrieve its former structure. UVB rays influence the chromophores (keratinocytes, melanocytes, fibroblasts) which regulate the mediators and cytokines. There is an activation of melanocyte migration to depigmented areas and induction of anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive factors occurs. As well as treating Psoriasis and Seborrhea of the scalp, phototherapy also allows to retrieve a healthy look and hair density, preventing a heir loss in the future.
